Height adjustable only, the actual damping compression/rebound is not adjustable. Lowering from 30-50mm. Unfortunately, Bilstein's sport shocks are actually shorter than stock, you probably can't even use the stock springs.
I wanted to finally get a manual car like the Vibe GT/Matrix XRS or maybe even the 4-door Astra with that huge panoramic sunroof if/when I'd ever be able to afford another car, but apparently the big LS430 seems to be just as autox/trackworthy
